Today, November 9, is the birthday of one of the greatest poets of all time, the poet of the East, Allama Iqbal.On the birth anniversary of Iqbal, let’s appreciate not only his beautiful poetry, but also all that he has done for us. Through his powerful poetry, he addressed the Muslims of the subcontinent at a time when they desperately needed a rallying force, and instilled in them the drive for self-realization and for fighting for their rights.
